As an organizational development consultant and project manager, I specialize in learning and development, workforce training, and change management. Backed by a PhD from Virginia Tech and double certifications in trauma-informed leadership, I craft learning environments where people actually engage—consistently earning top participant ratings across every context I facilitate. I focus on building the kind of internal capacity that allows organizations to grow boldly while keeping their foundational culture intact.
My creative side keeps my consulting sharp. You’ll often find me hiking the Blue Ridge, testing new recipes, or chasing light with a camera. I bring that same curiosity, eye for composition, and focus to every project I take on.
